"We are thrilled to be producing French superstar Julien Doré’s North American tour, as he is currently one of that country’s biggest acts," states Metropolitan Entertainment Senior Producer Ian Noble. “We have had great success presenting French artists on these shores over the years—including Zaz, Gad Elmaleh, Francis Cabrel, Alain Souchon, Carla Bruni, Yann Tiersen, Patricia Kaas, Big Flo & Oli, Jane Birkin, and Johnny Hallyday—and Julien Doré is sure to continue fulfilling this demand and appreciation for French talent here."
Julien Doré first rose to prominence after winning La nouvelle star, quickly establishing himself as one of France’s most original and influential musical voices. With most of his albums achieving Diamond certification (and the others reaching multi-platinum), 2 million albums sold, over 800 million streams, multiple Victoires de la Musique awards, sold-out arena tours, and a string of beloved hits, Doré has built a career defined by artistic reinvention, emotional depth, and bold visual storytelling. The current tour brings together 1 million spectators, making it the biggest tour by a solo artist in France.
A complete performer—musician, actor, and creative visionary—he has collaborated with some of France’s leading writers and producers while maintaining a deeply personal and poetic approach to songwriting. His music effortlessly blends chanson française, pop, and electronic influences, earning him both critical acclaim and a devoted international following. The latest album features a duet with actress Sharon Stone, while Pamela Anderson appears in the music video for “Le Lac.”
In addition to his musical achievements, Doré is known for his thoughtful environmental advocacy and his unique sense of humor and humanity, which shine through in his videos, stage productions, and public engagements. Great care is given to visual aesthetics, both in album artwork and in the staging of his live shows.
His 2026 North American tour marks his long-awaited return to the continent, giving audiences a rare chance to experience one of France’s most compelling artists live on stage.
